Junior Designer[POST DATE 2016-09-21]

Responsibilities:
  • Produce attractive recruitment advertisements by applying target-specific graphic design techniques, typographic and photographic design skills.
  • Liaise with in-house departments including sales, marketing, IT and editorial for the design and production of a variety of sales and marketing collaterals.
  • Manage a daily workflow with efficiency.
  • Responsible for License, Gift, packing and Accessories product and graphic design.
  • To prepare Design, Production Package and design presentation materials.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / degree holder in Graphic Design or related disciplines
  •  2-3 years’ experience in graphic design Good creative sense and passion for design
  • Proficient in using HTML, XML, CSS, Flash, AI, PS
  • Knowledge in Multimedia Design, Flash and html is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated Knowledge in producing fine artworks and printing procedure
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese

Merchandiser[POST DATE 2016-09-23]

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Merchandising team to ensure all merchandising activities are carried out promptly and effectively.
  • Coordination between vendors, suppliers, and internals to ensure the development, production & shipment are on the right track.
  •  Assist in costing and price negotiation.
  •  Check samples and make sure them to be delivered to clients on time and follow up on samples approval status.
Requirements:
  • A recognized relevant degree plus more than two years of experience in Purchasing or other related disciplines.
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team work spirit, an analytical and meticulous mind, and the ability to work under pressure and accomplish tasks within a tight schedule.
  •  Proficiency in PC application MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Sales Executive[POST DATE 2016-09-26]

Responsibilities:
  • Work aggressively to explore new customers and business opportunities.
  • Maintain close relationship with direct clients.
  • Achieve sales target by identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Handle the related sales and administration job.
  •  Provide professional and courteous service to customers and respond tactfully to customers’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
  • Manage customer order change requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Form 7 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good telephone manner, polite, pleasant and hard-working
  • Mature and with excellent communication skills

Personnel & Administrative Officer[POST DATE 2016-10-10]

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum in personnel and office administration.
  • Work independently in payroll, compensation and benefit, training.
  • Perform all office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply.
  • Assist daily operation and handling documentary work.
  • Assists in ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • University graduate in HR Management/Business Administration with more than 2 years relevant experience in related disciplines.
  •  Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance.

Shipping Clerk[POST DATE 2016-10-11]

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and monitor shipment schedule
  • Monitor closely with vendors and forwarders on shipping schedule to ensure customer order fulfillments
  • Able to handle I/E and full set of shipping documents, trade link operations, AMS and ISF10+2
  • Distribute small international shipments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of shipping experience in a Hong Kong based trading company or factory.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin.
  • Independence, hardworking, well organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

Sales Executive[Macau][POST DATE 2016-10-13]

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales presentation to customers
  • Assist in organizing sales activities and marketing event
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers and respond tactfully to customers’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
  • Manage customer order change requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately
  • Provide general administrative support and responsible for reception duties
Requirements:
  • Form 7 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant working experience

QA/QC Supervisor[POST DATE 2016-10-17]

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise QA and QC team in PRC
  • Schedule priorities and monitoring progress.
  • Formalize procedures.
  • Frequent travel to PRC is required
  • Coach and guide the team.
  • Handle any incidents or complaints.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a Hong Kong based trading company or factory.
  • Strong communication skills (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Good team management skills – whilst still being a team player.
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining standard procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize, balancing quality & safety aspects.
